Located on a very calm residential road, the hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with new furniture in a beautifully renovated building. It is well connected by many buses, trams, and two train lines, providing easy access to the city center within 10-15 minutes. The area is quiet with no outside noise and close to cultural spots like Nová Cvernovka. Shared toilets are available on upper floors, while staff remain kind and responsive throughout the stay.

Old building, but renovated. Rooms small but clean. Beds okay. Location good for tram and bus to city center. Nearby Vietnamese shops and restaurants. Close to Nová Cvernovka cultural center. Price low, staff friendly.
