The apartment was modern, clean, and sunny with a large balcony that had an amazing view of the city from the 13th floor. The owner Roman was very helpful and communicative. The location was perfect with nearby sports facilities, lake, shops, plaza, a small mall below with great coffee options, and easy access to public transport including good bus connections. Parking was available on the street for free in the morning and on weekends.
