The apartment was exceptionally spacious and clean, featuring beautiful new furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. Its location was ideal, just minutes from the old town with tram stops directly outside and a supermarket open until midnight nearby. The living and dining areas were large and comfortable, with good ventilation and air conditioning. Convenience stores, bakeries, restaurants, and pubs were all within easy walking distance. The key system used a secure key-locker for access.
