The apartment featured a comfortable room with a sizeable balcony facing a quiet courtyard with greenery and a playground. A designated parking space was provided in front of the building, which had 11 floors and was located near a highway. The location included convenient access to public transport and nearby shopping options such as a Billa supermarket. The bathroom was spacious and clean, equipped with cosmetics and a washing machine. Barrier-free access from the parking lot to the apartment was available via two large elevators.
