Kitchen facilities suited six people, while a clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board were available. The location featured convenient public transport stops nearby and shops on the ground floor. Parking options included an open lot five minutes away for 4 EUR per day or a garage behind the building for around 20 EUR daily.
