The apartment was located very close to the city center, offering a quiet and cool environment during hot summer days. It featured a high standard of cleanliness and easy accessibility. The basement setting was nicely remodeled, with a well-organized sleeping area. Basic amenities such as coffee and tea were provided. A garden space behind the building was available for use.
