The apartment was located near the city center with convenient access to public transport and a 20-30 minute walk to the old town. The building was new and clean, situated in a friendly neighborhood with nearby bakery, cafe, and bar. Private underground parking was available, featuring a wider exit onto Blumentalska street for easier access. The kitchen was fully equipped, and motor-driven window blinds were installed.
