Clean and modern apartment had a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, but the layout was impractical and the space felt cramped due to overcrowded furniture, noise from traffic, tram, and train on a busy road disturbed sleep especially in summer when windows had to be open at 37 degrees Celsius. The call center staff were available by phone but communication before arrival was poor with late check-in information provided only one hour after advertised time, check-in required online ID verification plus manual submission of documents and an additional deposit payment despite prior reservation payment. Two supermarkets were within walking distance.
